Baci

A fudgey Callebaut semisweet chocolate cookie with dried apricots, cranberries and white chocolate chips. A brownie in cookie form.

Chocolate Chip

The classic Toll House recipe made with butter and brown sugar and semisweet chocolate chips.

Ginger

Soft, rather than snappy, with the addition of finely chopped candied ginger.

Molasses Spice Bars

Slightly chewy and rectangular, with raisins, dried apricots, spices and blackstrap molasses. Delicious with Earl Grey tea.

Nuts About Chocolate

Fraternal twin to the Baci; made with toasted pecans and hazelnuts instead of the fruit.
