Most of our tart flavours come in sizes to serve 8 or 12 people. All have a shortbread crust and are available year-round with some seasonal additions.

Blueberry Creme Fraiche

A creme fraiche custard is poured over a blueberry filled tart crust. A hint of orange zest adds a refreshing accent.

Fruit Crumble Tart

A fruit crisp in a shortbread crust. The favourite is mixed berries with apple but the different seasons provides combinations of strawberry, rhubarb, peach, plum, apricot and pear.

Pumpkin Praline

Spicy and rich pumpkin custard is covered with a blanket of caramelized nuts. Substitute a ring of whipped cream for the nut topping if you prefer. Available September - March.

Lemon/Lime Curd

Perennially popular, this tart's small size (serves 6) belies its intense flavour.

Lemon Mascarpone

Naturally sweet, Italian cream cheese is blended with lemon curd to create a tart reminiscent of cheesecake. Luscious.

Lemon Souffle

A light and fluffy lemon tart.

Raspberry Buttermilk

Tart raspberries nestle in a layer of lemon curd and are covered in a light, buttermilk custard.

White Chocolate Pecan

We may be gilding the lily, but the combination of Callebaut white chocolate and pecan pie is too good to miss. Substitute semi-sweet chocolate or hazelnuts if you like.
