We would like to thank all of you who came out in support of L'Arche at their second annual Cake Walk event. Your participation helped L'Arche raise $130,000! We had a great time meeting the other competitors and were inspired by the exquisite cakes they created. The icing on the cake was being chosen by you for the People's Choice Award! Thank you again for your generosity and support.

POTS OF LOVE - This cake was a true labour of love inspired by Mexican pottery. Created by a six woman Brulee team, it is made up of three tiers of lemon cream cake and covered in terra cotta tinted fondant. Gum paste flowers, fruit and insects cover the exterior. The chameleon is made of gum paste covered Rice Krispie squares. The "handmade" rug underneath is made of separately tinted strands of fondant mounted on a cake board.
