Fall signals a return to routine,
but that need not be boring.


For Brûlée it means a return to flavours we love — like apples, pears, pumpkin, nutmeg and cinnamon — and finding ways of incorporating those tastes into delicious desserts!

We're adding some savoury items to our menu — pick up a quiche in large and mini sizes at the shop on Saturdays or order ahead for a simple weeknight supper. Need a quick and easy dessert? Stock up your freezer with our cookies and bars or pick up some puff pastry to create your very own fruit tart! Talk to our staff about things you can pick up ahead of time.

Craving something pumpkin? We renew our love affair with the gourd this season with pumpkin tarts, cheesecakes and tortes (among other things!). Our talented pastry chefs love to try new things so look for sweet surprises in the shop — homemade marshmallows and graham crackers have already made an appearance, not to mention danish pastries, croissants, and cobblers.

On the Menu

Thanksgiving weekend is Saturday October 10 - Monday October 12. We have a special menu to tempt you whether you're having a feast for one or 21. Coming very soon to your electronic mailbox.

Hallowe'en is on a Saturday this year, so make sure you come down to visit the ghouls at Brulee — we guarantee lots of treats!

Our holiday menu will make its appearance at the end of October, but we can talk to you about your Christmas and holiday plans anytime starting October 5th. Let us help you with the work so you can relax and enjoy the season.
